Rox holds a Bachelor of Arts in Drama in Education and a Bachelor of Education from Brock University. In 2013, Rox completed her Master of Education from Brock with a focus on International Volunteering and models of social justice vs. charity. She is a co-founder of TAP – a not for profit arts and leadership organization. Rox currently manages volunteers and program development for TAP projects. Rox is passionate about using the arts as a tool for education, leadership development, discussing social issues, and building community.

Dr. Stephanie Griffin
Stephanie has worked with children, youth and families for twenty-four years. She has worked as a front line child and youth care practitioner in residential care, the shelter system, street outreach, youth community development in the Community Health sector and as an outdoor educator. Stephanie holds a Child and Youth Work diploma from Algonquin College, a Bachelor of Child and Youth Care from Ryerson University, a Masters of Education from the University British Columbia, and her PhD in Child and Youth Care from the University of Victoria.

Rebecca E. Rosenstock, LL.L, J.D.
Rebecca obtained both her Civil and Common law degree (LL.L, J.D.) from the University of Ottawa. She is a member of the Ontario bar as well as other local legal associations. Rebecca currently heads the law firm, Rosenstock Law, where she practices in the areas of Family law, child protection and criminal defence.
Rebecca maintains a keen interest and is passionate about youth matters, social issues and criminal justice. She is actively involved as a volunteer and organizer in various philanthropic events that provide resources in the Ottawa region.
Michelle is a Policy and Programs Analyst with the Federal Government. Michelle has a talent for making connections with people, bringing them and their ideas together to successfully plan, implement and coordinate initiatives. She brings with her a passion and ability to leverage technologies in support of these ideas. When Michelle first heard about The Changers, she was inspired by the meaningful work they do to support the community by helping develop strong and capable youth. Michelle is excited to contribute to the ongoing successes and growth of this organisation.

Leanna Verrucci holds a Masters in Child Psychology. Since graduating, Leanna has worked in a number of industries - consumer packaged goods, publishing, education, travel and tourism, television and hospitality - in a variety of positions - marketing manager, director of communications, senior brand manager, reporter, publisher, owner and operator. Currently she is the Entrepreneurship Manager at Algonquin College. Leanna is passionate about education and helping empower youth to be all they can, and want to, be.

Jessica Yates, MPAcc
Jessica is a senior tax analyst with Grant Thornton LLP in Edmonton, Alberta. She holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science from Carleton University, a Master of Professional Accounting degree from the University of Saskatchewan, and successfully passed the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada's Common Final Evaluation exam in 2015. She is currently pursuing the In-Depth Tax Course through CPA Canada in order to become a specialist in domestic tax matters.
Jessica's involvement with The Changers stems from a passion to use her technical knowledge in a way that contributes to the health of the global community. She believes that the health and well being of the next generation of young people is critical to the success of our nation as a whole and is honored to be a part of this fantastic organization.
